Every profile lists services with price and duration, and which EPS, prepaid plans and policies it accepts. You know what you would pay before taking any step.

Pick a time, or message them
If the professional has connected their calendar you see genuinely free times and request one. If not, their phone and WhatsApp are on the profile.

They confirm and send you the link
The appointment is confirmed when they accept it. The video-call link comes from the professional, by whatever means you agree; CitaPro does not host the call.
What it costs
Using CitaPro costs you nothing. There is no fee, no commission and no account to create. You pay the professional directly, at the practice, exactly as you would if you had phoned them yourself.

What you need
A phone or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable connection. Find a private spot - you will be discussing your health.
Have your test results ready
Lab results, imaging and the list of medication you take. Over video the professional cannot examine you, so what you show them counts for more.
Not for emergencies
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, bleeding or any urgent situation: call 123 or go to an emergency department. A video consultation does not replace emergency care.
Prescriptions and sick notes
Many professionals issue them after a video consultation, but not all and not in every case. If that is what you need, ask before booking.
